Hi, I’m Rebecca
I’m a graphic designer with a passion for interior decorating, organization, and goal-setting. I started this blog because I truly enjoy finding ways to create a well-designed life for myself and sharing my knowledge with others.I hope you feel inspired and uplifted visiting this space.
Here’s a little Q&A so you know a little more about me:
Where were you born?
Salt Lake City, Utah
How long have you been married?
3 years!
What’s your favorite thing about being a designer?
I love being able to identify what makes something beautiful and then recreating it or implementing that principle in my own life. That’s actually what prompted me to start this blog!
Are you a night owl or a morning person?
I’m DEFINITELY a night owl. I’ve tried so hard to be a morning person but I just feel more alive at night!
What’s your favorite drink?
I love Bigelow’s Mint Tea served in a cute glass with a straw. It makes me feel like I’ve got my life under control.
Who’s your creative role model?
Ahhhh this is a tough one. I’ve always been very inspired by Twyla Tharp. She has an incredible creative process and talent that really intrigues me. I highly recommend her book, “The Creative Habit.”
What’s your dream?
My dream is to have a lemon tree, a comfy couch where I can curl up and watch TV all day, a passionate marriage, kind and responsible kids, physical health, designing everything always, a cute bakery down the street, and a view of the mountains and the beach.
What’s your favorite color?
PINK. Always has been, always will be!
If you could get rid of three things, what would they be?
Human trafficking, loneliness, and hunger.
How do you get yourself to do something when you have zero motivation?
I get myself a drink (preferably something with caffeine), make a list of the top 3 things I need to do, and I reward myself after doing each thing. Setting a timer usually helps, too.
